My name is Selma Kovačević. I was born in Heilbronn, Germany. After moving back to Bosnia and Herezegovina, I started elementary school in a small, yet breathtaking town, in the north of B&H, Bosanska Krupa. I graduated from Gymnasium, after which I moved to Sarajevo to start my studies. I have earned my Bachelor's in Physics at Faculty of Science, University of Sarajevo and currently I'm finishing my Master's in Physics.

My love for physics started back in childhood, through Enciklopedia and its vivid and colorful photographs about Universe and Planets, which came along very good with my analitical thinking and research spirit. A while back down the road, at my 4th year of studies, I learned more about programming and it gave me a new side of physics, explained through simulations, codes and matrices. It was a hole new dimension since then, which got me interested in machine learning and artificial intelligence and its connection to physics. Thus far, aside of my diploma, physics gave me much more, the love and passion for programming, curiosity and wilingness to learn new technologies as well as the will and goal to strive for excellence and innovation in the field of physics, programming, and of course, ML and AI.
